It is the season to be merry, let’s continue to share the joy into 2023. Don’t suffer with January blues, it’s easy to let the years roll from one to the next and suddenly realise you doing nothing new.

Are you making a resolution this New Year? Yes, more than half of all resolutions fail, but this year, they don’t have to be yours. Even if things don’t turn out how you planned, making resolutions is still a good idea, it’s the journey that counts and there are plenty of positive effects. Making New Year’s resolutions is inherently hopeful and optimistic, tend to motivate action and will have impact on others around you. For example, your resolution to get healthy will keep you around longer for your family and friends. Your resolution to volunteer at a local group will help others and improve our community.

When you focus on the future and focus on improvement, you will inspire those around you. January is a great time to put some goals in place. You will have plenty of company in trying to make a life change, you don’t need, to do it alone.
