Torbay Communities – the home of the Torbay Community Helpline, Community Builders, and much, much more.
We are a charity and rely on the generosity of our funders to keep delivering our services.
We do not like to ask for money, but we are often approached by people that we have helped in their time of need, often when there was no one else, who want to make a contribution.
Every year, we need to raise more than £1.3million to pay for our vital community work.
We are not Torbay Council, nor are we the NHS though they do support us financially, as do other grant-making bodies including the National Lottery.
We are very grateful for any donations, big or small and rest assured that every single penny will be spent in Torbay, helping those who need it most.

Donations, either one-off or monthly, can be made using the donation form linked to the button below, with any amount you’d like to give.
We appreciate any and all funds donated, but please only do so if you can afford it – don’t put yourself into a situation where you may struggle or struggle more.
If you’d like to give back but can’t afford to do so with money/looking for alternatives, you can also:
- Donate items to local groups and services – speak to either your local Community Builder or Torbay Community Helpline

Leave a legacy
If you or someone close to you has benefited from our work in the community, you may wish to consider leaving a legacy to Torbay Communities in your will.
Your solicitor will be able to advise you on the required wording to carry out your wishes.
