Historic Winner Street

Winner Street – Living History, was a project aimed at recognising the history of Torbay’s oldest street, located in the heart of Paignton Town Centre, while making contributions to the street’s future, connecting with local residents and visitors to get their views and make it all possible. This project was funded by the National Lottery’s Heritage Fund, as part of the local Torbay Heritage Support Scheme. Leah Whitcher, Community Builder for Paignton Town Centre & Clifton with Maidenway, was the Project Producer.
