Our team & office
As of March 2020, the majority of Torbay Communities’ staff now work remotely from home, and the office at Temperance Street has been repurposed as the Torbay Community Cafe & Help Hub.
The opening hours for the Torbay Community Cafe & Help Hub are 10am-3pm, Monday-Friday, with the cafe serving food 10am-2:30pm. The cafe is operated by Ellacombe Community Partnership.

If you or someone you know need help with anything from financial advice to mental health concerns, call the Torbay Community Helpline, and we’ll do our best to provide or recommend support services.

Our main phone line (01803 446022) is available:
- Weekdays: 10am-1pm & 3-6pm
- Saturdays: 11:30am-12:30pm
- Sundays: Closed
- Bank holidays: Closed on most bank holidays, hours may vary around Christmas & New Year’s
