This Community Partnership provides an opportunity for the local people who live or work in Ellacombe to discuss issues of common concern and influence the way in which services are provided in their area.
The Community Partnership is run by local residents in partnership with local Councillors and Police and covers the Ellacombe Ward.
The Partnership also runs the cafe part of Torbay Community Cafe & Help Hub, located at 4-8 Temperance Street, Torquay TQ2 5PU (former site of the Torbay Community Development Trust office).
