A leading Torbay charity has changed its name to better reflect the work it does.
Torbay Community Development Trust (TCDT) is now Torbay Communities with the strapline “Stronger together” and has launched a new look website to mark the move.

“Unfortunately, our name was a bit of a mouthful and did not fully represent the wide range of activities we are involved in” said Torbay Communities Director, Tracey Cabache.
“All our work is community-based, whether that is through our team of Community Builders, the Torbay Community Helpline or supporting the numerous community groups and charities across the Bay. Our new name reflects that and celebrates the many communities we have in Brixham. Paignton and Torquay” she added.
