Now hiring – Environmental Delivery and Development Manager

Torbay Communities are recruiting for an Environmental Project and Development Manager.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for protecting our natural environment, who has the ability to engage at all levels in our community, and who wants to support positive climate action, in our green and blue spaces.

Torbay Communities have recently been successful in being awarded ARSINOE funding to manage a 12-month project called Ripple Effects: Torbay’s Water Ecosystems. The postholder will directly deliver and manage the project, empowering the community to act to reduce the impacts of climate change, taking steps to prepare for and alleviate the impacts of flooding and coastal erosion. They will also develop key stakeholder relationships to sustain the project and develop new funding applications to widen our scope in supporting Torbay’s natural environment.

To apply, you must complete the application form included in the job pack, which is available to download below. CVs will not be accepted.

A job pack including job description, person specification and application form can be downloaded here.
